To access group options, double-click the "Group" button and a menu will appear with options including "Edit Group Members," "Change Group Name/Color," "Delete Group," "Send Group Mail," "Send Group SMS/MMS," and "Cancel".

1. How to add contacts to groups
   (1) Please refer to the above tip for guidance.
   (2) First, click on a contact in the "No Group" section that you want to add to a specific group. A menu will appear with options including "Contact Detail," "Join in Group," and "Cancel". Selecting "Join In Group" will add the contact to your selected group.
2. How to delete a previously added group
   (1) Please refer to the tips above for guidance.
   (2) If you have uninstalled GContact software and plan to delete the groups that remain in Apple's Contacts, there are several ways to do it. One way is to delete the groups using Exchange or iTunes and then synchronize your iPhone or iPod Touch with your computer. Another option is to reinstall GContact and delete the groups from within the software. Please note that deleting groups is not supported by Contacts and can only be done through Apple's SDK software.
3. How to change the name of a group

4. Why are some groups added automatically even though no edits were made?
   This issue may not be caused by GContact, but rather by other software or computers used during synchronization.
